Hilda Leuterio Gigioli is the president and CEO of Roccomar, Inc, an Information Technology and Professional Support Services firm located in Falls Church, Virginia.  Roccomar, Inc is a Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) certified, Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) and a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB). Roccomar’s main customers are with the Department of Homeland Security, from whom Roccomar has received many accolades. Other customers of Roccomar includes the Department of Defense, the Department of Commerce, and the local government of Fairfax County, Virginia.

Hilda received her bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering at the Catholic University of America in Washington DC.  She later earned a master’s degree in Systems Engineering at Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Hilda is an active leader in the Filipino community in the Washington DC area.  She is on the Board of Directors of the United States Philippine Society (USPS), Chairman of the Scholarship Committee at the Catholic University of America, past President of the District of Columbia Counsel of Engineering and Architecture Societies (DCCEAS) and the Philippine Association of Metropolitan Washington Engineers (PAMWE), and a member of the advisory board of the Philippine Humanitarian Coalition (PHC).  In 2018, Hilda received a Presidential Award from Philippine President Duterte for her work in humanitarian effort.

Hilda is married to Dr. George Gigioli, whom she met while they were both studying Engineering at the Catholic University of America. They have two children, John and Paul, after whom she named her company (using their middle names).  John ROCCO is currently finishing his surgical residency in Palm Beach, Florida, and Paul MARiano is a cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Paul is now employed by Spotify in New York City as an Artificial Intelligence Subject Matter Expert.
