Arsenio Ayon
Arsenio Ayón is a founding member and CEO of NextStep Technology, Inc., a niche player in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Financial Management markets. He enjoys the membership of the Capital Business Development Association (CBDA) and the comradery and benefits that it offers for the small business community.
Arsenio started his career in high-tech as a software developer in Silicon Valley and earned promotions to senior management, managing information technology departments and leading ERP systems integrations for high-tech companies with presence around the world. Arsenio has over thirty years of experience serving as a general manager and chief technology officer for private and public companies in several business verticals including semiconductor, biotech, nano- technology, process manufacturing, and now Federal contracts. He has managed integration projects of ERP and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP) that included business process alignment, corporate culture and data for large corporations with multi sites, language, and currency around the US and several countries in Europe, Asia and Latin America. As part of his senior management experience, he has worked with venture capitalist, raising money for startup high-tech companies in the Bay Area. He is an advocate of public schools and community organizations and has served as a board member, treasurer, and chairman of the board for the Bay Area Community Health, Future Farmers of America (FFA) and People Acting in Community Together (PACT) in California.
