Sponsorship Registration – Epic CBDA Fall Golf Tournament

We are seeking your support as a sponsor for this fund-raising event:

• Platinum Sponsor: $5,000 donation. We will place a sign with your company’s name on one of the premium holes of the golf course. In addition, your supplied company banner (about 2’x6’) will be posted at the clubhouse and at a tee box, your company will receive verbal recognition during dinner, recognition in the event program, and on the CBDA website and LinkedIn page. Complimentary 4-Players Green Fees are included.

• Gold Sponsor: $3,500.00 donation. We will place a sign with your company name in one of the premium holes in the golf course. In addition, we will post signage at dinner and at a tee box, your company will receive verbal recognition during dinner, recognition in the event program and on the CBDA website and LinkedIn page. Complimentary 4-Players Green Fees are included.

• Silver Sponsor: $2,500.00 donation. We will place a signage at breakfast and at a tee box, provide verbal recognition during dinner, and your company will receive recognition in the event program and on the CBDA website and LinkedIn page. Complimentary 2-Players Green Fees are included.

• Cart Sponsor: $2,500.00 donation. We will place special signage on the cart, your company will receive recognition in the event program and on the CBDA website and LinkedIn page.

• Closest to Pin Sponsor: $1,000.00 donation. We will place special signage at a tee box of a Par 3-hole and provide verbal recognition during dinner. Your company will receive recognition in the event program and on the CBDA website and LinkedIn page.

• Longest Drive Sponsor: $1,000.00 donation. We will place special signage at the tee box of the longest drive hole, your company will receive recognition in the event program and on the CBDA website and LinkedIn page.

• Practice Green Sponsor: $1,000.00 donation. We will place special signage on Practice Green and your company will receive recognition in the event program and on the CBDA website and LinkedIn page.

• Hole Sponsor: $500.00 donation for each hole. We will place signage at a tee box, your company will receive recognition in the event program and on the CBDA website and LinkedIn page.
